ADHD Coaching for Adults | Winchester, Hampshire | Online

Welcome
You do not need to arrive here with everything worked out. This page is here to help you understand what ADHD coaching with me can look like, the kinds of things we can explore, and whether this feels like the right support for you.
My approach looks at how ADHD shows up across your life - in the way you think, feel, respond, make decisions, manage demands, relate to others and relate to yourself.
We can explore what feels difficult, what is already working, what you want to change and what would help you move forward with greater clarity, confidence and self-trust.
You are not coming here to be given another set of rules to follow. The aim is to understand what is happening, find approaches that fit you, and help you take the next step in a way that feels more sustainable and more your own.
Areas of Expertise
ADHD can affect many areas of life at once - how you think, feel, work, communicate, manage demands and respond to pressure. These are some of the areas we can explore together to understand what is happening, reduce overwhelm and develop ways of navigating life that work better for you.

Confidence
Self-Esteem
Stay connected to yourself, build self-trust and develop a stronger sense of who you are - both beyond your diagnosis and in relationship with it.
Learn to rely less on external validation and more on your own inner reference point developing your inner compass and guide which helps with decision making.
Get to know what you want in life from place of worth and being enough.

Relationships
Communication
Build clearer ways of communicating your needs, preferences and boundaries in the context of your neurodiversity.
Tackle people pleasing tendencies to expand your assertiveness.
Find your own ways of managing conflicts.
Explore relationships with partners, children, colleagues and others while strengthening the relationship you have with yourself.

Career & Transition
Leadership
Understand what you want from your working life, make clearer choices and build the ability to commit and stay engaged.
Learn to work with your attention, energy and motivation across roles, projects and priorities, while navigating change, communication and expectations.
This can also include growing into leadership, entrepreneurship or business ownership - leading yourself and others in a way that feels more conscious and sustainable.

What can change
Whether you are navigating relationships, confidence or your career, the starting point is understanding how ADHD shapes the way you experience yourself, other people and the world around you.
From there, the work is about building greater self-trust, communicating your needs more clearly, making choices that reflect who you are, and finding ways to stay connected and engaged with what matters to you.
It is also about readiness - recognising where you are now, what you want to change and what your next step needs to be.
The aim is to help you move forward with more clarity, confidence and a stronger sense of how you want to live, work and relate to others.
The Human Behind The Practice
Meet Kat
Kat is a coach, mentor and Registered Nurse with almost 20 years of experience across healthcare, mental health, neurodiversity and complex care.
Her work with ADHD has grown from years of helping people understand what is happening beneath the surface, make sense of patterns, reduce overwhelm and find practical ways of working that fit the person rather than forcing the person to fit the system.
Her approach is integrative. The work can focus on what is happening practically, while also exploring the beliefs, emotional responses, patterns and experiences influencing how you think, feel and respond. Coaching, mentoring and psychoeducation are brought together depending on what is most useful.
The aim is not simply to understand what is happening. It is to create meaningful change in how you navigate work, relationships, confidence, emotional regulation, stress, identity and everyday life with ADHD.

Complimentary Consultation
You don’t need to have everything worked out before we speak. The consultation is a focused conversation to understand what is happening, what you would like to change, and where support could make the biggest difference.
We can explore how ADHD is showing up in your life, what feels difficult or stuck, what is taking most of your energy, and what you would like to feel or do differently.
The aim is for you to leave with greater clarity about what you need, what your next step could be, and whether working together feels like the right fit.
Words From the Journey
Testimonials
Business Owner, UK
"From our very first conversation I felt genuinely listened to and understood. Kat never takes a one-size-fits-all approach - every session was tailored to exactly where I was. She created a space where I could speak openly and without judgement, and always followed up with clear, practical direction I could actually act on."
Software Engineer, UK
"Working with Kat has brought real structure and energy to my days. She asks questions that stay with you - the kind that open up new thinking even after the session ends. I've come away with a much better understanding of myself and practical ways to move forward that actually fit how I work."
Accountant, Germany
"In just four sessions Kat created a space where I could be completely open. The work we did together - exploring different parts of myself and understanding their strengths - was genuinely transformative. I left understanding that every part of me matters. That every part is worthy."
