ADHD Coaching & Mentoring for Adults

Ready to work with your mind, not against it.

For adults who want to understand how they actually function, and to build a way of working, relating and living around it.

Welcome

ADHD shapes how you think, decide and manage demands, and how you relate to other people and to yourself. Many adults have spent years masking or compensating, often without noticing how much energy it takes.

Here, we look at what is already working, what you would like to change, and what fits the way your mind actually works. Not another set of rules to follow, but an understanding you can build on, one step you can keep up at a time.

What we can work on

Most people arrive with one practical question. The work often reaches further, at a pace that suits you.

Confidence
Strategies

A clearer sense of who you are, alongside your diagnosis and beyond it. Relying more on your own judgement, and deciding from a place of being enough rather than proving yourself. Build set of your own strategies.

Relationships
Communication

Saying what you need and where your limits are. Noticing when you mask or please, and choosing to speak up. Partners, family and colleagues, and the relationship with yourself underneath.

Career & Transition
Leadership

Clearer choices about your working life. Working with your attention, energy and motivation rather than against them, whether you lead a team or run your own business.

What Can Change

We begin by understanding how ADHD shapes the way you experience yourself, other people and your days.

From there, the work becomes practical, and you test it in real life between sessions.

  • Days that feel more manageable, built around how you work

  • Decisions you trust, without waiting for certainty

  • Saying what you need, clearly and without over-explaining

  • Relating to others without losing yourself

  • Less shame, and more understanding of how you are wired

Meet Kat Chini

Kat is a Relational and Transformational Coach, Registered Nurse and certified ICM Master Coach, with 20 years in healthcare across mental health, neurodivergence and complex care.

Her work with ADHD grew from years of helping people understand what is happening beneath the surface, and find ways of working that fit the person rather than forcing the person to fit the system.

The work is integrative: practical where you need it, and deep enough to reach the beliefs, patterns and responses that shape how you think, feel and act.

We will talk about what you are looking for and what you need, how I work, and what working together would look like in practice. You can ask anything you would like to know.

It is not a coaching session. It is a clear, honest conversation, so you can decide whether this feels right. No pressure either way.

Testimonials

Business Owner, UK

"From our very first conversation I felt genuinely listened to and understood. Kat never takes a one-size-fits-all approach - every session was tailored to exactly where I was. She created a space where I could speak openly and without judgement, and always followed up with clear, practical direction I could actually act on."

Software Engineer, UK

"Working with Kat has brought real structure and energy to my days. She asks questions that stay with you - the kind that open up new thinking even after the session ends. I've come away with a much better understanding of myself and practical ways to move forward that actually fit how I work."

Accountant, Germany

"In just four sessions Kat created a space where I could be completely open. The work we did together - exploring different parts of myself and understanding their strengths - was genuinely transformative. I left understanding that every part of me matters. That every part is worthy."
